AlphaGraphics Knox Street | Park Cities | North Dallas is a locally owned and operated visual communications company servicing clients of all shapes and sizes. AlphaGraphics offers printing, signs, fulfillment, design, marketing services, and mailing solutions to our customers. We are customer-focused, and deadline driven. Our work environment is fast-paced and team oriented. AlphaGraphics currently has an opening for a full-time experienced Sign Production Specialist.

Working in this position you will be responsible for printing and finishing large format signage as well as preparing items for installation.

Responsibilities

Reading job tickets and producing jobs as described
Processing files through Onyx RIP software and scaling/tiling as necessary
Finishing printed signs as required: plotting, weeding, laminating and mounting
Packaging and labeling finished signs
Troubleshooting equipment and file issues as necessary
Performing equipment maintenance as required
Operating Roll-to-Roll Printers, Plotter and Laminator
Monitor media and ink supplies as needed
Maintain clean and organized work area

What are we looking for?

3+ years' experience in sign industry
Knowledge of print media and laminates
Excellent communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Problem solving and solutions oriented
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Ability to lift 65 pounds or more
Ability to stand for long periods of time
